This is a beginner introduction mindfulness meditation session for those wishing to learn more about mindfulness before they jump in.
Format 30 minute drop-in sessions are a combination of:
– Practice sitting / walking meditation (guided)
– Questions and answers about the practice
– Emphasis on Mindfulness/loving-kindness-compassion and daily awareness practices towards stress reduction, managing emotions, thoughts, physical pain and the overall art of living fully and effectively.
– Meditation, mindful movement, support and discussion.
