Overview – Open To All
Compassion and Loving/Kindness are ancient practices that prove to improve inner lives of those who practice them. In the modern time, science has proven that an infant is actually born with a basic innate goodness, moving towards altruistic acts and away from the opposite.
Science also shows that for this basic seed of goodness to flourish there needs to be a compassionate community the infant can learn from. In this retreat, we offer the opportunity to cultivate compassion not only for the sake of the world’s infants but for the happiness of adults who can benefit from a sense of compassion and goodness in their own hearts.
In this retreat we will explore qualities of the heart. Cleanse our minds of stress and sorrow so we can enjoy our lives with more ease and happiness.
