Deepening Practice: Unburdening the Soul
Five Tuesdays, Sept 19 to Oct 17, from 7-9pm
The soul is the one who knows beyond any doubt or hesitance. It knows what is hidden from the mind and even from the heart. The soul is the interconnection between all energies, all cognition, all emotions, all sensations, all chemistry, all physics, all biology, and all karma. It is the one who is observing, sensing, feeling and guiding. It is our essence, the most gentle and the most powerful essence of our being. When the soul is burdened everything falls out of balance. Everything feels off. The mind is not clear, the heart is not vibrant and our actions don’t result in our happiness. One of the deepest ways we can burden our soul is to hold grudges against ourselves, our loved ones, even against strangers such as politicians. Often we keep holding on believing it would somehow serve us. We carry the pain around, tell stories of it to prove our ego right and suffer some more. There is a better way to unburden the soul.
This class is for those who are curious, dedicated and determined to go deeper into the realm of the mind and the heart, touch the Soul. Those who are ready to take steps further into the realm of freedom and happiness. We will look deeply into what a grudge is, what it does to the heart and mind of all involved and what it looks
