MLO 101: Mindful Life Optimization, Mindful Living is a six-week course that will teach you how to bring Mindfulness into your life, how to do different types of Mindfulness meditations, how to eat Mindfully, listen Mindfully, and be present in your life with relationships and with the world.
We will discuss the four doorways to Mindfulness, how each one works, and how to apply them to your personal life as well as the environment.
You’ll learn ways to reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain, and take away tools to improve your personal life and planetary well-being.
Each session includes light meditation, a lecture, Q & A, Dyads, Breakout rooms, and hands-on home practices to help you embody a mindful mind and life.
