Mindful Youth – Ages 10-15

Mindfulness leads to Success in both school and life.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a particular way of paying attention which has more than thirty years of research and brain science behind it. What it does is create space by training your mind to view your feeling, thoughts and emotions in a new way so you can relax and see them without automatically reacting.

Why Perfectly Here?

Perfectly Here is a leading innovator in the field of mindfulness. We do this by drawing techniques and teachings from scientific research, psychology and wisdom practices. In addition to our classes for youth, we also offer MAPS classes (created by UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center), Beyond Mindfulness, Adult ADHD and Mindful Relationships.
