This is a follow-up to MLO 101, which set the foundation of Mindfulness meditation and mindful living. In MLO 102, Mindfully Relieve Inner Obstacles to Happiness course, we look at mental qualities that prevent us from a peaceful meditation to reaching a joyful life.
Be assured that all of us humans deal with inner obstacles of restlessness, lethargy, clinging, doubt, and judgment. This an many other reasons make it difficult to be a happy and effective human.
So, we take the opportunity to understand these natural, but difficult experiences and learn how to bring ease to them and eventually resolve them.
As we guide you to decode aspects of your programming that cause unhappiness, you get to know yourselves in deeper more compassionate ways and relate with others with more understanding.
