    Description:

    Self-compassion is an aspect of our human software that is not builtin nor is it automatic, specially if you haven’t learned it while growing up. More specially, if you lived in an environment that was less than kind, was sarcastic, cruel or just neglectful. We, human beings, have to learn how to use our heart feature in order to be well integrated. Our being human is like a software we have to learn how to work with, how to utilize to our benefit and how to not damage it. In many cases, our human software is damaged, infected by viruses or malfunctions because of broken wires and links. This we feel  in our hearts, mind and bones. We do so much to fix it, but for most people not knowing how to do this can cause repeated pain and suffering. We can start by learning about the different features of our human software such as the feature of the heart.

    We take time out of our busy lives and retreat to learn about the features of self-compassion and love in order to enhance our relationship to our own selves. Befriending ourselves and loving ourselves in deep nurturing ways.

    This Self-Compassion & Love Retreat is a chance to practice and develop  this natural part of ourselves so we may access it when we need it.

    Retreat practice is highly recommended by all Mindfulness experts and teachers. Specially during these uncertain and tough times. Practicing self-compassion can heal the soul from past wounds and present angst. Meditation, Mindfulness, Loving Kindness, Generosity and Gratitude will help boast your immune system, develop a sense of calm and joy. Lets strengthen our fellowship and collective aim to withstand the storm of Coronavirus or any other internal and external threat. The results are calm, sense of well-being and deeper connection to humanity.

    Content:

    • Series of guided sitting and walking meditations
    • Dharma talks
    • Addressing stress and tension
    • Loving Kindness, compassion, gratitude and letting go practices
    • A few breaks for bathroom, lunch and practice while in your own home and space

    The retreat is OPEN TO ALL INTERNATIONALLY. Please feel free to send this invite to benefit others.

    Retreat Format:

    • You may participate for one or both days (10am to 6pm).
    • We may be able to do this face to face for local people. TBA.
    • On Zoom, you have the choice of being visible on camera or not
    • Please enjoy the retreat with your fellow online community. This is for you and the cultivation of peace and good health

    Fee:
