ADHD Evolved With Mindfulness is about improving your LIFE. You are brilliant, however prone to procrastinate, be unorganized, leave tasks unfinished. Too many ideas invigorate you. 80% of the society is Neurotypical. Hence, their brains function differently than you. You don’t learn from natural consequences because your attention lives in the moment and forgets the past. It is hard to keep up with things because the world around you is made by and for the Neurotypicals. As a result, you feel as though you constantly fail or do not fit in, in a rush, and anxious.
In this course, we teach you about your natural strengths. You learn Mindfulness tools, for instance, for enhancing focus. An important fact people don’t know about ADHD is that forgetfulness and procrastination are due to living in the present. It is hard to understand this because it is counterintuitive. Therefore, you will understand the problem and train to stay on the topic.
ADHD Evolved Through Mindfulness (AETM)
This is an educational course that offers Mindfulness techniques. Additionally, practices that are appropriate to the way the ADHD brain absorbs. Science indicates that Mindful Awareness can reduce worry, anxiety, forgetfulness, impulsive reactions, and hypersensitivity. As a result, training and practice will reduce tardiness, fogginess, and confusion. Learn to use the natural strengths of being present, for instance.

- Transforming Negative Self-Views & Self-Compassion (ADHD version of maps 2)
- Balance Life through Superb Emotions (ADHD version of maps 2, positive emotions)
