These are two ten minute mindfulness meditation sessions provided to the staff and community at MPTF. The purpose is to decrease stress and learn how to manage one’s emotions during work and in life.
Instructor provides guidance to walk participants through finding and maintaining a sense of the present moment, cultivate skills for clearing the mind, focusing on the task at hand and experiencing a sense of calmness in the mind, heart and body. Participants leave feeling refreshed with increased ability to manage one’s emotions. These mental skills enhance with regular attendance. Please consider attending classes and retreats.
