Connection Hour With A Master is part of our new monthly Connection Hour: Belonging to a Beloved Community series. These monthly series will provide the space for cultivating friendships, learning how to feel safe, and create a loving and caring space for ourselves and others.
Dr. Motaghy will lead the first part of this session to prepare us for the segment with Luang Por Pasanno. Luang Por in Thai means elder, father, grandfather, which is given to the elder teachers of this Thai Forest Buddhist tradition. Luang Por Pasanno is also known as Ajahn Pasanno. Ajahn means teacher. He is the former Abbot of Abhayagiri Monastery in Redwood Valley. With over 40 years as a monk and service, Lung Por Pasanno is the most senior Western disciple of Ajahn Cha in the United States and the second most senior Western disciple of Ajahn Cha in the world.
Please join us for a loving, caring, and happy session, connecting with friends and wise teachers. Ask your life questions, dharma questions, and learn how to live life without suffering from a master who has walked this path and gained tremendous wisdom and knowledge into the mystery of happiness.
