Overview
You may have heard about Mindfulness, its health benefits and life-changing effects. You may feel intimidated by the expectation of meditation and not being able to do it. You may have ignored it thus far because you don’t want to commit to a class, pay for it and not like it. Well here is your chance. A FREE event to learn everything about Mindfulness, from its origin, to its benefits, to the techniques and the science behind it. Come to learn from expert teachers and enjoy meeting others who are practicing and can tell you from personal experience. This is a NO FEE event.

Location and Parking Instructions
This event will take place in Tarzana at 19100 Ventura Blvd #5, Los Angeles, CA 91356. There is plenty of free parking in the lot behind the Tarzana Cultural Center. When you arrive at the shopping center go to the second floor and go all the way to the East side of the building. Go into the hallway and we will be the last door on the right.
