    Indeed, these are unprecedented times of challenge for everyone around the world causing high anxiety. Anxiety and worry puts everyone’s immune system at risk. This is the time where meditation, self-awareness, love, joy and compassion would of great help to us all. Many have lost their jobs. Others’ are exposed to threats of the coronavirus and their lives are in danger and many others have lost loved ones. Understandably, it would be hard to be aware of one’s own thoughts, judgments, sensitivities and worries and not take things personal. No worries, we are here for you! Join us for a ten day of Mindfulness, gratitude, joy and compassion practices that could enhance your mood, immune system and boast your energy and outlook on life. Things will sort themselves out. Again, we are here for you.

    In This Course,

    We will help participants process negative thoughts, become aware of sensitivities with kindness and non-judgmentally. Learn how to be Mindful, aware, kind and compassionate to oneself and to others. You will learn about anxiety, stress and how to relieve them on your own. You will learn where dependable joy comes from and how gratitude can produce serotonin and dopamine in the brain. With Mindfulness your immune systems is enhanced, blood pressure reduced. You can sleep better and think more clearly. Be a better friend, spouse, parent and human being.
