MAPs II: Next Steps Improve Your Meditation

Improving meditation depends on the further development of your practice. In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will focus on maintaining and sustaining a daily mindfulness practice. Several factors can help in improving mediation. You will learn about these factors, including developing more concentration and creating more confidence and wisdom through your practice.
Attendance in any introductory MAPs I series or equivalent mindfulness introductory class with permission from our instructor. If you have not taken a MAPs I class through UCLA MARC’s teachers, please email us a brief description of your equivalent experience to firstname.lastname@example.org before the class start date.
You will receive a link to register for and enter class via Zoom.
