    Overview

    Improving meditation depends on the further development of your practice. In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will focus on maintaining and sustaining a daily mindfulness practice. Several factors can help in improving mediation. You will learn about these factors, including developing more concentration and creating more confidence and wisdom through your practice.

    Pre-requisite

    Attendance in any introductory MAPs I series or equivalent mindfulness introductory class with permission from our instructor. If you have not taken a MAPs I class through UCLA MARC’s teachers, please email us a brief description of your equivalent experience to info@perfectlyhere.org before the class start date.
