Improving meditation depends on further development of your practice. In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will focus on maintaining and sustaining a daily mindfulness practice. Several factors can help in improving mediation. You will learn about these factors including how to develop more concentration, and how to create more confidence and wisdom through your practice.
