    Overview:

    Dr. Motaghy talks about how she went through the tsunamis of grief.

    This Mindful Self-Compassionate Grieving workshop, Begin to Live Fully After Loss, helps attendees understand their pain through kindness and warmth. Moreover, it offers ways to freedom from the pain of grief. It will help strengthen an innate desire for happiness, increase attentiveness, focus, and interest in your own heart and life. With guidance, you can learn how to ground yourself while experiencing grief and intense emotions. You will learn about emotional thoughts and how to guard yourself through Mindfulness and Self-compassion. Raise patience, self-confidence, self-worth, and happiness in life.

    Living fully after loss is absolutely possible. Our founder, Dr. Manijeh Motaghy, has done it, and so can you. Manijeh will guide you on how to live with ease, joy and purpose.

    • Grieving without being lost in the pain
    • Understanding the difference between natural and self-created suffering
    • Cultivating Self-Compassion and self-kindness

    Who should take this workshop?

    We invite anyone with at least six months from losing a loved one.

    Teacher:

    Dr. Motaghy has designed hundreds of Mindfulness-Based courses, including mindful self-compassionate grieving. She lost her son in 2017 and went through intense periods, feeling ripped and wiped by hurricanes and tsunamis of pain. Through practices of Mindfulness, loving-kindness, compassion, and a deep desire for true happiness and peace, she found relief, hope, and solace. Out of an immense sense of compassion for the pain of others, she developed a course in her son’s name, the Kuroosh Compassionate Recovery Program to help her students live a sane life after the loss of their loved ones. As an expert trainer in behavioral and cognitive transformation, Dr. Motaghy continues to receive rave reviews for her work. Dr. Motaghy is a Certified and Authorized Mindfulness Teacher by UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. She is completing an Inner MBA from NYU. See her bio on LinkedIn.
