Mindfulness For Kids At Home, Via Zoom
Six Consecutive Days from 10 – 11am
On Zoom, Starting March 26
During this time of crisis we are here for you. We know that many of you have kids at home. It is a whole different ball game, juggling with kids, their needs and constant care issues. For some it can be real joyful and fun. But for most it is an added matter to take care of for many hours of the day. Furthermore, kids are anxious too. They may worry about what is going on and not know what to do about it. They are helpless, completely reliant on their parents for their sense of safety and well-being. This maybe the best time for the entire family to learn how to be Mindful and how to rely on oneself to manage one’s own emotions and thoughts.
with your kids to six days of interactive Mindfulness lessons on Zoom. Joel McNenny, our family Mindfulness teacher, will teach you and your children how to meditate, reduce anxiety, manage emotions and calm oneself down.
We offer these six daily sessions FREE OF CHARGE to ensure all who are in need can benefit. Please let your friends and family know of this much needed service. We may continue after six sessions are done, upon popular request.
We graciously accept donations to help us pay for some of the costs and empower us to continue being of help during this time of crisis and need in the world. All donations are fully tax deductible, as we are non-profit 501C3 organization with 13 years of track record of teaching Mindfulness to the community.
