    Cultivating The Heart of Intimacy

Intimacy arises from Mindful Awareness and a deep understanding of human nature, human suffering, human joy and human desire.  It’s the ability to be an authentic self and accepting all that we find within ourselves.

Intimacy is often thought of as a romantic gesture when two people exchange physical and emotional closeness with one another. To be intimate does not start nor end with physical connection.  It is not even necessary to have physical connection to be intimate with another.

A deeper and closer look at intimacy can reveal that it is not possible to be intimate with others if one is out of touch with oneself.

    Retreat Content

At this retreat, we will explore ways we get in touch with our own heart, body and mind.  To feel with real touch and to see with real eyes, eyes that see things as they are with inner peace. Hence, cultivating a better, more connected relationship with our lover, partner, friends, children and all other beings.
