It’s about Reflection and Preparation. This year, before we make some New Year’s Resolutions, we reflect on the year past. By doing so, we can become aware of what elements we need to put in place and prepare for the next level or next project, or next phase. We make it a point to recognize our own effort, persistence, and diligence in bringing ourselves to this point in time. Each person may look at one or more aspects of life such as career, relationships, education, and personal ease and wellness. Whatever that is calling your attention to, we can reflect on it during this retreat.
Our guiding teacher, Dr. Manijeh Motaghy, offers a process to make us aware of the necessary steps for development or preparation for the next year.
Reflection and Preparation guided with kindness, mindfulness, self-love, and self-recognition to help retreatants see and obtain the desired life in 2022.
We learn about follow-through and a sense of pride that comes from our accomplishments. More importantly, we focus on what matters in life so that we would not waste precious resources, both internal and external resources.
Cultivating clarity of what is important prevents a sense of confusion and disappointment, which are prevalent experiences in our society today. You are not alone. We are here to support you.
We Gather for Reflection and Preparation
Every year in January, we gather during a day of retreat and contemplate what is possible, what is practical, and then set an aspiration for it. We explore how to raise the bar on the quality of our aspirations and goals. This year we begin with a day-long retreat in December first to see the past, where we come from, how we got here, and to see a clear path that leads us to a peaceful and successful future.
Join us to do this collectively while rejuvenating and relaxing.
