    Monday Night Mindfulness Meditation


    Dates and Times
    Every Monday from 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
    Holidays Off: Presidents’ Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Christmas and New Years Day.

    Holidays Open: Martin Luther King Day and Memorial Day.

    Monday Night Mindfulness Meditation is a two hour long group sit that will include guided meditation (sitting as well as walking), group discussion and short talk. This is our longest running meditation group and has practitioners at different levels. The teacher for this sit will include Perfectly Here’s experienced teachers and mediators such as Dr. Manijeh MotaghyDaniel Davis, Joel McNenny and other visiting teachers. We look forward to seeing you!

    New Comer Orientation
    If you are new to Mindfulness or meditation please arrive 15 minutes early and let someone know it is your first time with us or first time meditating. Someone will orient you to the basics of Mindfulness and the session’s process. We wish that after every meditation you leave with more joy, well-being and success.

    We recommend that beginners start by taking our UCLA MARC signature course, MAPS I to learn the knots and bolts of Mindfulness and meditation.


    Suggested Donation
    Our teachings are offered in the spirit of generosity. Suggested Donation for Practice Groups is $20 and no one is turned away for lack of funds. If your heart is moved please feel free to put more in the donation box. Your generous donations help us continue to offer this opportunity to all who seek freedom from suffering regardless of their financial ability.


    What to Bring:
    We suggest wearing comfortable clothing.  Chairs, floor cushions and blankets are provided.
