Self-Integration & Mindful Intentions for 2022 Retreat
Both on Zoom and In-Person (In-Person is Full Capacity)
Sun, Jan 16th from 9 am – 5 pm (PST)
Self-Integration & Mindful Intentions is our traditional day-long Mindfulness Retreat. We begin each year with clear intentions, goals, and aspirations. Glancing over the past year, we reflect on the year to come. Refresh our vision for health and well-being, for what’s important to accomplish. Perhaps, we aim for doing less or more efficiently. Most importantly, we work to refine and optimize our human software. The template of life we have created and are living.
We set Mindful Intentions with a present mind and clarity. At this day-long Mindfulness Retreat for setting great intentions, everything is taken care of for you to practice in a peaceful environment away from the grudge of your daily life. There will be a home-cooked vegetarian soup, tea, drinking water, and other snacks. The agenda includes Mindfulness talks/ Q & A, Mindful eating and engaging in yogi jobs, light Mindful stretching, walking meditation, lying meditation, sitting meditation, and more. It’s held at a peaceful and beautiful private home in West Hills California. A relaxing and spacious environment. Join us to set a Mindful and present tone for the year to come.
WE PRACTICE:
Although we will be looking at the past and the future, at this Mindfulness Retreat, we practice knowing that,
It is All Right Here, Right Now. (a poem by Manijeh Motaghy)
Only if I could be with whatever is present with me,
Only if I could sit and not resist,
Only if I would not take anything personally,
Only if I could resort to my own inner joy,
Only if I knew how nothing is for sure,
Only if I were here now,
Perfectly Here, with no clinging or conflict.
Peacefully here now…..
I breathe in, breathe out, and open to the mysteries of life.
