    Setting Mindful Intentions For 2018 Retreat

    Start 2018 fresh with new resolve for happiness and peacefulness.

    Looking into the horizon, what goals, aspirations, ideals, objectives and needs do you have? Are they in-line with your sense of happiness and wellbeing? Do you embody your intentions? What are your intentions?

    Intentions determine the course of moments, hours, days and essentially our life. It is important to become aware of and fine-tune ours intentions otherwise, life just happens to us. At this retreat we will practice loving kindness and gratitude for our deepest desires for happiness. We will explore what is needed help manifest such desires.

    This retreat will help you relax your mind, cleanse the negative effects of the hectic holidays and year end responsibilities.

    Retreat Content

    • Mindfulness Meditation (Sitting, walking, eating, interacting, napping)
    • Loving Kindness mediation
    • Dharma Talk on Right Intention
    • Exercises for setting Intention

    Who Should Attend?

    All can benefit and all are welcomed.

    How about lunch?

    There will be a home cooked lentil vegetarian soup, tea and water.  Please bring any dish or snacks you like to add to the mix.   This retreat will be held in a spacious and peaceful environment up in the West Hills.

    Dr. Manijeh Motaghy – A Founder, Executive Director and Teacher at Perfectly Here. She is the Founder and CEO of Mindful Business Institute. An Affiliated Mindfulness Teacher to UCLA MARC and holds a Doctorate in Psychology of Management Consulting. Other Perfectly Here teachers may present as well.

    Must be at least 16 years of age.  Open to all levels of practice. Wear comfortable clothing.

    This retreat will take place at: 9320 Hartman Way, West Hills, CA 91304.

    This retreat does NOT take place at the Perfectly Here center, it’s at a private residence in the mountains of West Hills.

    We offer special pricing for seniors (+65) and students. No one is turned away for lack of funds.  If you experience true financial hardship please ask us about scholarship and work-exchange opportunities.
