Sound Meditation/Mindful Resonance with Micah:
Monday, July 26th
From 7-9 PM, PST
Sound Meditation with Micah Sheiner is one of our Minful Resonance pre-covid special events, corresponding with Mondays closes to the Full moon. Come, meditate with a resonant sound master in a sound field of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, gentle percussion, and toning. Experience how vibration can create a natural still point – inviting awareness to settle into peace and silence. Relax and receive insight from sound. Micah Sheiner offered his magical performance to our audience at the grand opening of Perfectly Here. He is back to yet mesmerize us with another one of his hypnotic performances.
About the Artist:
Micah Sheiner is a vibrational artist/healer. He travels extensively in pursuit of musical and sound healing paradigms. In Nepal he trains in Himalayan sound healing – Bon Po and Buddhist practices of singing bowls, gongs, & bells – with Bowl Master Shree. In Europe he apprentices in Gong Mastery, Gong Yoga, and Starhenge World Peace Bell Gardens with the legendary Gong Master Don Conreaux. With inspiration from India, Micah has dedicated his path to Nada Yoga. He explores sacred sound through bowls, gongs, voice, didgeridoo, native percussion, and a variety of shamanic instruments from the Americas. He weaves these into resonant soundscapes for healing, meditation, yoga, and journeying. Micah conducts sound baths, workshops, individual sessions, and performances in California and internationally.
