Sound Meditation, Moonlight, Poetry With Micah & Manijeh
From 7-9 PM, PST
Sound Meditation /Moonlight, Poetry With Micah & Manijeh or Randy & Manijeh are one of our special events held on Mondays closest to the Full moon each month. Come, meditate with a resonant sound master in a sound field of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, gentle percussion, and toning. Experience how vibration can create a natural still point – inviting awareness to settle into peace and silence, while emersing in wise words and the beauty of poetry. Relax and receive insight from the inner and the outer worlds as they join. Micah and Manijeh mesmerize us with another one of their hypnotic performances.
About Sound Meditation Master:
Micah Sheiner is a vibrational artist/healer. He travels extensively in pursuit of musical and sound healing paradigms. In Nepal he trains in Himalayan sound healing – Bon Po and Buddhist practices of singing bowls, gongs, & bells – with Bowl Master Shree. In Europe he apprentices in Gong Mastery, Gong Yoga, and Starhenge World Peace Bell Gardens with the legendary Gong Master Don Conreaux. With inspiration from India, Micah has dedicated his path to Nada Yoga. He explores sacred sound through bowls, gongs, voice, didgeridoo, native percussion, and a variety of shamanic instruments from the Americas. He weaves these into resonant soundscapes for healing, meditation, yoga, and journeying. Micah conducts sound baths, workshops, individual sessions, and performances in California and internationally. Here is a sample of his work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVGVRqE65Dk
