Perfectly Here Refund, Make-up and Cancellation Policy

Registrations for any classes, workshops or retreats are accepted by mail, phone, online or walk-in. Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received. Registration with payment is strongly encouraged as class sizes are limited and do fill quickly. If you pre-register without payment and the class fills, you will be notified and placed on a waitlist. You must present proof of any claimed discount by your second class. Scholarships should be requested prior to the start of class.

Make checks and money orders payable to “Perfectly Here” (Do not mail cash.)

A registration confirmation will be emailed to you. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folders. Be sure to add info@perfectlyhere.org. to your email address book to ensure you receive future communications.

  • Class refunds requested two weeks or more before the class start date will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot give refunds after this date. Refunds should be requested by email to info@perfectlyhere.org. Credit towards a future class will be provided if a registrant notifies us prior to 5 pm Friday during the first week of class. Credit must be requested by email (info@perfectlyhere.org.) and used by the next class series (i.e. cancellations in the July/Aug series must be used in the Sept/Oct series).
  • Daylong & Workshop refunds requested two weeks or more before the event date will be assessed a 20% administrative fee. We regret that we cannot give refunds after this date. Refunds should be requested by email to info@perfectlyhere.org. Credit towards a future workshop/daylong of the same price only will be provided if a registrant notifies us at least one day before daylong or workshop. Credit must be requested by email (info@perfectlyhere.org.) and used within a limited time period.
  • Weekend Retreat refunds requested two weeks or more before the retreat start date will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot give refunds after this date. Refunds should be requested by email toinfo@perfectlyhere.org. Credit towards future Perfectly Here classes/events will be provided if a registrant notifies us at least one day before daylong or workshop. Credit must be requested by email (info@perfectlyhere.org.) and used within a limited time period.

Perfectly Here reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. Registrants will be notified in advance of the class.

No refunds or credits are given to registrant “no-shows”.

  • Postponing a Class: Credit towards a future class will be provided if a registrant notifies us by email prior to 5 PM on Friday of the first week of the class series. The future class must be taken immediately following the missed class series. NO EXCEPTIONS (for example: if postponing a May/June class series you will have to use your credit and enroll in the July/August class series).
  • Make-up Class: If you miss a class, you may make up ONE class in any other class at your level during the current series or the series immediately following. In-person classes only. No refund or prorate will be issued for missed classes.
