This course lays the foundation for an understanding of the Buddha’s teachings. This will satisfy the interest and curiosity of those seeking a broader spiritual perspective beyond mindfulness. This class series was developed by Dr. Manijeh Motaghy and her team in order to expand our students’ understanding and skillfulness. In this course you will be taught about the Four Noble Truths and the Eight Fold Nobel Path.

Created by our founder, Manijeh Motaghy, who has personally overcome the difficulties of ADHD with mindfulness, has now created a unique program structured to help others do the same.

This is a mini retreat where you will deepen your understanding and put everything you’ve learned into practice. Topics include: cultivating deeper sitting and walking meditation, deeper loving kindness practices, cultivating richer understanding of obstacles in the way of lasting happiness, working with physical discomfort in meditation, working towards spiritual development (emotional maturity), and enhancing compassion and love for ourselves. Pre-requisite: MAPS II or equivalent mindfulness introductory class with permission from the instructor.
