Dr. Manijeh Motaghy is an International Speaker, UCLA Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Corporate Trainer. Manijeh has over 10,000 hours of practice and training in Mindfulness and related teachings plus a Doctorate in Psychology of Management Consulting. Manijeh is an expert in transforming her students and clients’ to an extraordinary level.

Stay Home Mindful and Happy with Dr. Manijeh Motaghy is our continued gift to you. This is a two week (11 days) course offered due to high request to repeat or continue the previous ten day course. Staying home day after day can make anyone go crazy. We are here for you. It’s the best time to learn and or strengthen your Mindfulness skills. Join this 11 day course and help keep your immune system strong and ward off negative thoughts and tension. Learn how to be happy, present and well all through your own inner resources. Here you will learn and practice sessions of Meditation, Loving Kindness, Forgiveness, Equanimity, Task Mindfulness, Stress Reduction techniques and much more. Open to all levels of practice. Beginners are welcomed. Community plays an important role in our learning and growth. This course is held in Zoom, where you will accompany and interact with many others who have the same goals and mindset about living life with ease and joy.
