Overview

The Four Noble Truths & The Noble Eight-Fold Path Series are designed for those who are curious about the core teachings of the Buddha. Further, to satisfy a deep desire to become free from irritation, agitation, judgment, worry, fear and anxiety. Consequently, strengthening their Mindfulness practice. These teachings offer the opportunity to learn relevant skills. These skills will help you achieve peace and happiness. In fact, peace and happiness are the main goal and mission of Mindfulness practice. You will be setting yourself up for the year of practice. An important characteristic of this year-long commitment is the pace of learning, which is flexible for each student. Most importantly, these courses are heavily experiential and practical.

Furthermore, the teacher will be sensitive to the pace of the class in general.  This flexibility is the natural talent of the instructor, who is keep to observe and guide in the present moment.

If you are curious, dedicated and determined to go deeper into the realm of the mind and heart, investigate your own thoughts, actions and results, then this is for you.  Join other practitioners who are taking further steps into the realms of freedom and happiness.

The 4 Noble Truths and Noble Eight-fold Path is comprised of 5 Series with 7 sessions in each course plus 3 daylong retreats. Therefore, to be completed in a period of 12 months.

Course Content

  • Cultivating deeper sitting and walking meditation
  • Deeper Metta (Loving/Kindness) practices
  • Cultivating richer understanding of suffering, causes of suffering and path to happiness
  • Cultivating skills of the Art of Living through thought and action.
  • Working towards spiritual development (emotional maturity)
  • Enhancing Mindfulness and compassion for self and others

Mindful Traveler Certificate Program:

Completing the entire course qualifies the participant to receive the Mindful Traveler Certificate.

Instructor’s retreat center in West Hills. You will receive exact address upon registration.

Refund Policy

Class Refunds must be requested 10 days in advance of the first session of each class and will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. We regret that we cannot give refunds after this date. After this time, you may use the course fee as credit towards future classes. Credit will only be good for 90 days from the date of the class. Refunds should be requested by emailing info@perfectlyhere.org

Perfectly Here reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrolment. At which time, we will notify registrants and issue full refund.

If you do not show for any reason without prior notice you will not qualify for refund.
