Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Drop-in

Thursdays from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM; West Hill

Overview

This weekly Mindfulness Meditation is 90 min in length and on the basis of drop-in. Therefore, no registration is needed. There will be guided meditation (sitting as well as walking), group discussion and a short talk/presentation. This is our longest running meditation group and has practitioners at different levels. The teacher for this group include Perfectly Here’s experienced teachers such as Dr. Manijeh MotaghyDaniel Davis, Joel McNenny and other visiting teachers. We look forward to practicing with you!

Newcomer Orientation

If you are new to Mindfulness or meditation and it is your first time at our Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Group, please arrive 15 minutes early and let someone know it is your first time with us or first time meditating. Someone will orient you to the basics of Mindfulness and the session’s process. We wish that after every meditation you leave with more joy, well-being, and success.

Cost: $20 session or $50/month. Pay at the door or by credit card below. Put us on a monthly pay and save $34/month, and not worry about needing cash each time. Pick an amount from the button below.

Our teachings are offered to transform the pain and suffering of our community into happiness and well-being. In the spirit of generosity and inclusiveness, we have kept the fee for these sitting groups small. No one is turned away for lack of funds. If you are unable to pay this fee please see your teacher to fill out a form and enjoy the session.

Location & Parking

This Weekly Mindfulness Meditation Group is held at the private home of one of the teachers.

9320 Hartman Way, West Hills. As you park please be Mindful of not blocking anyone’s home. There would be 5 cars parking in the driveway, so please pull as far forward as you can to the garage door and leave room for others to park on your side. Also, there are parking in the front of the house, the side of the house and down the street. Please do not park in front of the home immediately to the right of this address as the person needs to space for their own car. Please arrive a few minutes early to your first session so that you can find the place and settle in. Thank you.

What to Bring

All you need is comfortable clothing. Chairs and cushions are provided.
