Making Global Resilience Possible:

To mitigate the negative social and environmental impacts of the digital transformation, and ensure digital literacy and sustainability efforts are successful across the planet, we need to address the human mind and behavior and help individuals develop vital inner-navigation capabilities in the three MLO domains of Mindful Life Intelligence.

MLO Certification Program:

The MLO certificate programs provide opportunities for people of all backgrounds to become certified in Mindful Life Optimization methodology and offer workshops, seminars, and training to people in their communities, industries, both locally and globally.

Who Can Become Certified in MLO?

The MLO Certification program is open to anyone with a background in science, sustainability, mental health, education, AI, or anyone interested in developing and facilitating the essential qualities, skills, and knowledge that help increase resilience, wisdom, compassion, sustainable living, ethical innovation, systemic balance, conscious business, and create a more life-intelligent global society.

The Program:

  • 3-Domains of Life Intelligence model with definitions, explanations for each domain, and Mindful Life Optimization Lessons

  • Theory and history of Mindfulness as presented and practiced in secular as well as spiritual formats
  • 60 lessons, applications, and best practices drawn from psychology, environmental sciences, and other related fields.
  • Practical teaching skills and embodiment
  • Courses, workshops, and retreat opportunities for self-optimization and to prepare for facilitating and or teaching/training others the art of Mindful Life Optimization
  • A community of practitioners and teachers as a support, collaborate and grow with
  • Assessment and feedback sessions.

Methodology:

A five-stage Human Software Optimization modality including definitions, explanations, lessons, applications, practices, exercises, and guidance to assist in accomplishing the 3-domains of Life Intelligence.

Outcome/Asset:

Individuals and teams who are well-developed and enjoy an optimized inner navigation system and qualities that give them agency, higher resilience, wisdom, compassion, and the ability to live productive, and happy lives.

MLO Certification Levels: (Scholarships and Work-Exchange Available)

Fees accommodate payment structure, scholarships, and work-exchange opportunities to pay for parts of the fees.

LEVEL I: MLOF (MLO Fundamentals):

  • Part A: The HSO Methodology – Become proficient in utilizing and implementing the five-stage HSO (Human Software Optimization) methodology to advance emotional and cognitive processes and behavioral output
  • Part B: The Three Domains of Life Intelligence – Natural Laws & Constructed Systems, Environmental Stewardship, Human Experience, Conduct and Happiness
  • Part C: Applications of HSO to develop humanity’s Inner Navigation Capabilities and Assets
  • Part D: Facilitation Methodology: Training on how to utilize these fundamentals and facilitate transformation

LEVEL II: MLOS (MLO for Sustainability-Ensuring the flourishing of planet Earth for this and the future generations):

Specialization in transferring tools and practices in relation to sustainable living, utilizing and implementing the five stages of Human Software Optimization within the Planet Domain

Prerequisite: Level I

LEVEL III: CMLO (Corporate MLO):

Specialization in implementing MLO at the systemic and organizational level.

Prerequisite: Levels I & II

Preferred Qualifications

Have at least 3 of the following developments prior to partaking in training for MLOP Level I.

  • An altruistic desire for helping elevate human consciousness and moral standards and sustainable living (Required)

  • A degree or equivalent experience and knowledge in sciences such as mental or physical health, neuroscience, AI, law, environmental sustainability or other related sciences

  • Two+ years experience at any type of teaching or facilitating workshops

  • Two+ years experience in mentoring, coaching certain populations

  • Completed facilitation /teacher training in related subjects. I.e. meditation, mindfulness, Buddhist or closely related spirituality, yoga and other body wellness practices

  • Competencies gained through at least six courses from our MAPS or MLO catalog of courses
