Organizational Psychologist | UCLA Mindful Teacher; Author of It’s Not Easy to Be Human; Founder of Perfectly Here & the MLO Methodology

Dr. Motaghy has taught mindfulness and ADHD-specific courses since 2013. Her approach combines neuroscience, psychology, and Mindful Life Optimization to help individuals understand their own brains, strengthen emotional well-being, and live with life intelligence, compassion, and confidence. Her work has supported thousands of participants at UCLA Health and across global organizations.
She brings warmth, clarity, and deep compassion to every session.
