Research indicates that individuals with ADHD often encounter a higher frequency of both negative feedback as well as self-criticism compared to their neurotypical counterparts. Many factors contribute to these negative perceptions, such as forgetfulness, tardiness, misplacing items, procrastination, heightened sensitivity, and emotional reactivity.
I am here to tell you, there are underlying factors that, once understood, can aid in effectively addressing and reducing these challenges to more typical levels and even surpassing them, as I have for myself.

In this course, you will gain valuable insights and engage in mindfulness and compassion practices tailored to foster healthier responses to your daily hurdles. These practices will cultivate a more optimistic perspective on your experiences, fostering a positive self-image and bolstering your self-confidence.
