YOUR ATTENTION IS NOT IN DEFICIT!
Your attention is inconsistent. By understanding how attention works and proper training, you can consistently be as brilliant as you are.
Impulsivity IS NOT A Permanent PROBLEM!
With proper training, you can become patient, discerning, and enjoy a balanced life.
YOU LIVE IN THE Present MOMENT!
Which is the reason behind distraction, tardiness, and unfinished tasks. Surprised?
Let’s teach you how to use this strength to anchor your attention properly and effectively.
Dear Friend,
Transform Impulsivity and Inattention to Focus, Presence, and Wise Action is the theme of this round of ADHD courses. MLO 132: Mindful Life Optimization, Tailored for Adult ADHD is one of the five course series that address ADHD challenge and strengthen its brilliance!
Impulsivity can be both positive and have negative painful outcomes. When you are creative and quick to solve an issue with a brilliant idea others are stunned and praise you. But when you become impatient, hasty in making choices, or interrupt others because you lose interest all kinds of problems ensue.
Inattention, too, can cause you hassle, do overs, forgetfulness, inability to absorb, or stay on task, resulting in work and relationship issues.
Hyper-focus is the other side of the coin, which has both positive and negative ramifications.
I know these and many other related issues firsthand. I’ve had them and overcome them. :)
I am here to tell you, there are underlying factors that, once understood, can aid in effectively addressing and reducing these challenges to live with more ease and presence.
In this course, you will gain valuable insights and engage in mindfulness practices tailored that suite your nervous system to help foster healthier responses to your life and relationships. With training your brain will rewire itself and being conscious and effective become second nature.
