Invisible Truths
Haikus for Life and Love
by Dr. Manijeh Motaghy
In the stillness of a ten-day silent retreat, words began to appear—softly, like ripples across a clear pond. Each haiku in Invisible Truths was born in those moments of silence and reflection, pointing toward the hidden truths of life and love that shape our experience.
These seventeen haikus are simple yet profound. They open quiet windows into the nature of being, awakening curiosity, tenderness, humor, and the courage to see through the noises of the mind.
After each poem, a reflection page invites you to pause, write, and discover what arises within you—your own invisible truths.
