President Report, Dec 2024

As many of you know our organization was established in 2007 as Mindful Valley. We became a non-profit in 2015 and transitioned to doing business as Perfectly Here. It’s been a long and rewarding journey and we thank you for being a part of it.

2024 was an incredible year for Perfectly Here and building the foundation toward achieving our vision of 1 billion optimized by 2042.

President’s Report

In summary, by collaborating with world experts and colleagues, we have improved mental Health, resilience, conscious leadership, and strengthened our interpersonal and environmental relationships globally:

  • Provided six series of MLO courses (Mindfulness #meditation, Mindful Living, Tools for Self-Care, Healing & Self-Love Deficit with Self-Worth & Fulfilment, Improving Immune System with Emotional Wisdom, Resilience, Superior Heart Intelligence for Greater Success, and lessons on Sustainable Living)
  • Led seven Mindful Life Optimization Retreats
  • Provided wisdom and compassion training through Connection Hour sessions
  • Were highlighted through interviews and podcasts
  • Awarded 75+ participation opportunities in MLO programs with full scholarships including.
  • From Oct 14 to Dec 31st, provided 44-hour-long sessions worth $13,200 personal and professional Mindful Life Optimization mentorship to 14 Law Students and Graduates
  • Completed the final edits of “It’s Not Easy to Be Human,” book, Mindful Life Optimization comprehensive manuscript
  • Provided strategic thinking and guidance on conscious leadership and better stewardship of our planet
  • Created a Climate Anxiety Resilience training program
  • Added to the Certificate program for MLO Professional Counselors
  • Began the “Being Human” podcast
  • Expanded our social media presence
  • Forged alliances based on goodwill and shared mission to accomplish our vision of 1 billion optimized by 2042

  • Watched our collaborations become significant in the Planet Positive 2030’s Strong Sustainability by Design by Stanford IEEE
  • Provided content describing our AI Preventative Accountability Model (AI PAM) for the MKAI community book
  • Attended hundreds of speaker sessions at many summits including the United Nations Climate Action Week and related events, Deloitte and Female Quotient
  • Created and Submitted the “MLO Project” as a fundamental Human Right as a World-Changing idea by FastCompany
  • Completed the MLO for Manufacturing methodology, RIMS (Regenerative Integration Management System) White Paper to be published soon
  • We’ve done this with very few financial resources

Goals for 2025

Applying for funds from the Melinda Gates Foundation to bring MLO to women in Africa. We have the grant/proposal writer who is my colleague, Monika Manolova, and will do this on commission, plus two other team members (two MDs, one of who is an influencer) who will be involved in launching the program.

  • Scaling MLO through digitalization
  • Launching the book and MLO training program in Asia
  • Revamping the Board of Directors
  • Recruiting a Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer
  • Providing the means for IDGs qualities and skills be attained
  • Developing and launching the MLO Certification training modules
