We’ve set out to heal and calm the world by offering an array of wise compassionate teachings that can be developed and adopted for a happier easier life. An important part of this process is to understand how we humans cause unsolvable issues. How we can reduce the rate of creating issues and end it.

We begin a new year and six series of courses to explore the dharma application towards unsolvable or resistant issues, aka “Wicked Problems” that are unforeseeable or created by our own unwise solutions.
This is a challenge, you may take on. Using what resists change or resolution in your life and even in the greater society, contemplating links and factors that reinforce them and the course of action that may be available to you. Steadily going deeper, becoming bit by bit freer.

Dr. Motaghy’s ADHD course provides powerful insights and solutions for the challenges that adults with ADHD and their families endure. She infuses Mindful awareness practices to train the ADHD nervous system. With great understanding and compassion, she shares her own journey of living with ADD and thriving with happiness.
