Letting go is a result of understanding.Buddhist monk

Summary

The Art of Letting Go is a transformative course that begins by acknowledging a universal truth: letting go is not easy.

Whether it’s painful memories, old identities, unmet expectations, or emotional burdens, the grip of the past can quietly shape our present and limit our potential.

This course offers a compassionate, practical path to release what no longer serves us. Rooted in the Mindful Life Optimization (MLO) methodology, it cultivates understanding, compassion, and the power to achieve inner freedom.

Through mindful awareness, cultivation of essential qualities, and actionable tools, participants learn to let go with grace, unlocking greater peace, purpose, and connection in everyday life.

Understanding my mental patterns and expectations has expanded my horizon, from hopelessness to hopefulness. Watching the real me emerge, I am encouraged to expand out of my comfort zone, blossoming into living life fully.

~ Bonnie Janofsky, Composer

What Makes The Art of Letting Go Unique?

  • The course uses compassionate understanding, relatable stories, and methods to overcome unhealthy attachments.
  • It makes universal and spiritual laws and principals accessible to understand, embody and share with others

  • Using a transdisciplinary approach, we cross boundaries between neurology, cultural influences, socialization, scientific and psychological contexts and examine belief systems that do not serve us.

Studying Life Optimization with Manijeh, I’ve become a better leader and manager by integrating qualities of empathy, loving kindness, self-compassion, and equanimity into the workplace. My insomnia, stress, anxieties, and self-doubts have greatly diminished. I feel far more patient, aware and comfortable with myself.
