What Is the Art of Happiness?
Most of us were never taught the art of happiness.
We learned how to achieve, perform, and succeed—but not how to understand our minds, regulate our inner world,
or create the conditions that lead to genuine well-being.
The art of happiness is not about chasing positive emotions or avoiding difficulty.
It is about learning how life works—understanding the causes and conditions that shape our experience, and developing the inner skills that allow us to respond with clarity, steadiness, and wisdom. To cultivate the ability and conditions for enjoying life with a content and peaceful life that is free of regrets and stress.
In this course, The Art of Happiness, you will begin to learn and practice these essential capacities—so happiness is no longer something uncertain, but something you can intentionally facilitate in your life and the life of those you love and care about.

Why This Matters Now:
In a world that is rapidly evolving—technologically, socially, and psychologically—many of us are becoming more capable externally, but not necessarily more stable internally.
You My Feel:
- Increased stress and confusion
- Repeated emotional patterns
- Difficulty navigating complexity with clarity
- The art of happiness is no longer a luxury.
- It is a necessary form of human development.
This course offers a way to build that foundation—intentionally and systematically.
What You’ll Experience Along the Way?
As you move through this course, something subtle but powerful begins to shift.
You may notice:
- More moments of enjoyment
- Resilience in the face of unhealthy desires
- Increased awareness and appreciation of the little things
- A growing sense of steadiness—even when life is uncertain
- A deeper understanding of yourself and others
- Easier ways to communicate your mind and heart
- A natural shift from forcing happiness → to allowing it to emerge
- Clearer purpose for your life and making this human life count
This is the art of happiness in practice—not as an idea, but as a lived experience.
Manijeh’s teachings have helped increase accountability with myself, improve in habits/actions regarding our planet and increasingly become a better clinician. Her Life Optimization Method and approach exceed the training and education we’ve received to become therapists. It incorporates more depth into treatment regardless of diagnosis. It helps achieve a healthy happy lifestyle rather than just coping strategies/tools
