What to Expect:
these retreats are thoughtfully coordinated to provide you with a safe and nurturing environment to explore, unpack, and begin or continue to heal past wounds. With a week between each Sunday session, you’ll have ample time to reflect on the teachings, put them into practice, and return with questions to fine-tune your healing process. Each day is structured to offer a perfect balance of mindfulness practices, educational insights, meditation, and time for personal reflection.
