About Connection-Hour

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our 30+ Connection-Hour sessions have profoundly impacted the global community. These sessions offer a supportive haven for individuals and communities navigating the complexities of being human in these challenging times.

Within this safe and welcoming space, we’ve delved into a myriad of topics and welcomed speakers who embody our shared humanity, enriching us with their wisdom, compassion, and expertise. Many of you have experienced the profound benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, leaving each session equipped with invaluable tips and tools. These are not only to help you navigate life but also to train you on how to manage the choppy waters and inner turmoil with greater ease, hope, and effectiveness.

We’re thrilled to announce the return of Connection-Hour and extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join us once again.
